METHOD FOR REPAIRING PIPELINE BY SUCTION LINING

PURPOSE:To stably keep negative pressure constant and to easily recover a resin or a pig blowing through a pipeline by arranging a vacuum tank functioning as an accumulator between one end of the pipeline and a vacuum pump so as to connect the tank to the pipeline and the pump by hoses each having high rigidity in its diameter direction. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum tank 6 functioning as an accumlator is connected to one end of a pipeline 1 and a vacuum pump 7 on both sides thereof by hoses 8, 9 each having high rigidity in its diameter direction. The resin 13 and coating pig 15 injected in the branch pipe 1 from the open end part thereof are moved while sucked under the negative pressure generated by the vacuum pump 7 connected to one end part of the branch pipe 1 to form a resin film 12 on the inner surface of the branch pipe 1. At this time, the connected vacuum tank 6 generates the action as the accumulator by its volume and the pulsation of the negative pressure clue to the vacuum pump 7 is eliminated and the stable flow of the resin 13 is obtained and the thickness of the resin film 12 becomes constant. The vacuum tank 6 also acts as the recovery container of the resin 13 or pig 15 from the branch pipe 1.
