<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a setup time and to reduce the number of setup spacers by computing an equipment which becomes reference for setup according to the flow time of a product and a time required for setup, and giving a setup instruction according to the production progress status of the reference equip ment. CONSTITUTION:Plural equipments 21a-21z, a setup information display device 23, and a production line control computer 24 are connected to each other by network lines 25. The production line control computer 24 comprises a terminal unit 32 and an information processor 30. Further, the information processor 30 includes a production plan register unit 301, a setup kind-product kind correspondence information register unit 303 and a product kind correspondence tact time register unit 304. The production progress information is created according to the start information and production absolute volume information and production plan of the respective equipments 21a-21z, and the setup information is generated by a setup information creating and instructing unit 31 On the other hand, production start instructions are respectively generated from the production start instructing unit 309 to the respective equipments 21a-21z.</p> |
