<p>PURPOSE:To extrusion-form a plurality of hollow sections having largely different sectional shapes continuously during a series of extrusion forming by stabilizing the fluidity of a raw material rubber to the changes of the sectional shapes of molded forms by devising the section of the extrusion forming port of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A basic mold Da made of a metal constituting the mold of an extrusion forming machine and a flexible mold Db having the lubricating properties of an inner circumferential surface are arranged in series in the direction of extrusion while the shapes of the inner circumferential surfaces of both molds are connected continuously. External force is applied to the flexible mold Db during a time when extrusion moldings, a basic form of which is shaped by the basic mold Da, are passed through the flexible mold Db, and the sectional form of the flexible mold is changed.</p> |
