<p>PURPOSE:To decompose a water-insol. polyamide by treating the polyamide with a wood-rotting Basidiomycota under the culture conditions wherein the nitrogen concn. is limited. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide is treated with a wood-rotting Basidiomycota under the culture conditions wherein the concn. of nitrogen added is kept at 0.1g/l or lower. The Basidiomycota itself, a cultured one, and/or a treated one may be used. The polyamide is pref. granulated, powdered, or converted into a microporous film before being treated.</p> |
