PURPOSE: To obtain a sheet metal heating package for regenerative heat exchanger, in which a surface protective coating at the edge of a profiled metal sheet is protected against damages and partial corrosion thereof can be avoided. CONSTITUTION: This sheet metal heating package 1 for regenerative heat exchanger includes a plurality of superimposed sheets 2 or 2a, 2b. A flow channel is formed between the sheet metals which are profiled at least partially to have a stamping part 3. The sheet metal is provided with a coating layer, e.g. an enamel layer, as a surface protective member. The sheet metal 2, 2a, 2b has a profiled part 3. At least the border edges of the respectively adjoining directly superposed sheets 2, 2a, 2b have a minimum spacing 8 from each other at all points or are aligned so as not to contact each other. |
