PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method and system in which an olefin resin film and otherfilms are manufactured by calendering without cleaning the equipment. CONSTITUTION:A T-die extruder 12 is disposed just before a calender roll 10, and olefin resin extruded out of the extruder is guided to the calender roll 10 immediately and formed into a film. In said method, a plurality of T-die extruders 12 are provided, and the extrusion of olefin resin and other resin films is carried out in different extruders. The existing calendering equipment is utilized as it is, and the T-die extruder 12 is disposed just before the calender roll 10 of the equipment, and the operation of the equipment before the calender roll 10 can be switched over to the operation of the T-die extruder. Thus the resin films other than the olefin resin are manufactured by the existing calendering equipment, while the olefin resin film is manufactured by the T-die extruder 12 and the calender roll 10 in a combined manufacturing system for the resin films. |
