The pick-up feeder is used for regenerating signals from both surfaces of the optical disc or recording the signals to the surfaces. The pick-up feeder comprises a base frame having a turn-table; a rail (13) having up/down linear movement guiding means and a circular movement guiding means; up/down guide poles (14a,14b) positioned in parallel with the linear movement guiding means; a feeding means (20) having an optical pick-up head (30); a guide means (40) for making a sliding groove (21a) and guide poles (14a,14b) from a main body (21) of the feeding means (20); a guide rod (41) having a curvature identical to the circular guiding means (13c).
