PURPOSE:To scale up a clearance between the hole of a first member and the fitting section of a second member in manufacture, in which a subassemblies made of a resin, in which the fitting section is fitted into the hole, is obtained through an injection molding process. CONSTITUTION:Molding is conducted in a cavity formed of the retainer plate 17 on the movable side of a mold 10, a retainer plate 21 on the fixed side and a primary-side slide core 31, thus acquiring a first member 3 with a hole 2. The first member 3 is moved onto a retainer plate 22 of the fixed side together with the retainer plate 17 on the movable side, and forming is performed to a second member 6 with a shaft 4 in a cavity formed by the movable retainer plate 17, the retainer plate 22, a secondary-side slide core 41 and the hole 2 of the first member 3 by a molten resin 52 composed of a crystalline resin. Subassemblies obtained are annealed and treated, thus acquiring the finished product of the subassemblies made of the resin. |
