PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of treated water without lowering the amount of transmitted water, by applying membrane separation treatment to water to be treated by a loose reverse osmosis membrane and further applying membrane separation treatment to transmitted water by a reverse osmosis membrane. CONSTITUTION:Transmitted water treated by a boilogical treatment means 1 and an ultrafilteration apparatus 3 is sent to a loose reverse osmosis membrane separation apparatus 6 to be highly concentrated while the conc. solution is taken out from piping 7 to be sent to evaporation and incineration processes. The solution transmitted through the loose reverse osmosis membrane 6a is sent to a reverse osmosis membrane separation apparatus 9 from piping 8 to receive high order purification treatment by a reverse osmosis membrane 9a having a high removal ratio and the transmitted solution is taken out a treated water from piping 10 to be sent to a discharge process or a reutilization process. The conc. solution generated in the reverse osmosis membrane separation apparatus 9 is returned to the piping 5 by piping 11 and again introduced into the loose reverse osmosis membrane separation apparatus 6. |
