PURPOSE:To provide the method permitting the large reduction in the addition amount of a water-insoluble fine particulate inorganic compound to the salt and the effective prevention of the agglomeration of the fine particulate inorganic compound. CONSTITUTION:In a method for preventing the agglomeration of a water- insoluble fine particulate inorganic compound by adding the water-insoluble fine particulate inorganic compound to a salt such as edible salt or its purified salt, the method is characterized by adding a >=50mum diameter particulate salt mixture mixed with <=1wt.% of the inorganic compound to the salt in an amount of 0.2-10wt.% based on the salt. |
