PURPOSE: To prevent noise and to avoid pulsating fluctuation of a motor shaft in radial direction in skid control or traction control by accepting a shaft journal in a bearing with a prescribed gap (allowance), and supporting the journal through a resilient member. CONSTITUTION: A motor shaft 1 forms a shoulder 9 against a coil of the motor, a coil spring 10 being supported by the shoulder 9 at one end and the bearing 3 or the inner race 7 of the bearing at the other end, the shaft journal 2 being supported by the inner surface 12 of the inner race 7 through an O-ring 11 within the bearing 3, the O-ring is fitted in the annular groove 13 of the shaft journal 2. The shaft journal has a gap (allowance) Δs against the bearing inner race 7 or the inner surface 12 of the bearing inner race, the play being compensated by the compressed O-ring. Thus, a fixed propagation sound can be reduced in skid control and traction control, and the O-ring can attenuate lateral force acting on the motor shaft. |
