发明名称 ULTRASONIC PROBE AND ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of acoustoelectrical crosstalks by using low acoustic impedance materials to form the regions, exclusive of crossed regions, of the ultrasonic probe formed with electrode lines crossing each other respectively on one and other main surfaces of a planar piezoelectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:The electrodes 3 (first electrode lines) on the matching layer 2 side of the vibrator 1 and the electrodes 5 (second electrode lines) on the packing material 4 side of this ultrasonic probe are divided in arrays in the direction intersecting orthogonally with each other. A patient is scanned with acoustic beams by applying driving pulses to the respective array electrodes, by which each one tomographic image is obtd. The vibrator 1 is constituted by arranging pyramidal pressure ceramics 6 in a matrix form and bonding the piezoelectric ceramics of the respective array electrodes to each other by high-polymer materials (high-hardness materials) 7. Packing resins 9 of a silicone system and packing resins 10 of an epoxy system which are respectively low acoustic impedance materials are used for the matching layer 2 side and the packing material 4 side in the parts where the high-polymer materials 7 are not used.
