PURPOSE:To endow a lateral sealing jaw with an even lateral sealing function. CONSTITUTION:Sleeves 11, 11 are loose-fitted at both ends of a bonding shaft which unites a pair of rotary arms 1, 1, and a lateral sealing jaw 20 is attached to the sleeves 11, 11 by cantilever shaped supporting springs 21, 21. Even when the lateral sealing jaw 20 is tilt-displaced such as a seesaw with the vertical sealed part on a packaging material, which is formed into a cylindrical shape, as the support, these support springs 21, 21, which have a return elasticity in proportion with the displaced quantity, make a lateral sealing jaw 20 return toward the other lateral sealing jaw 20 by respective reaction forces, and by doing this, an even lateral sealing can be applied to the packaging material. |
