MANUFACTURE OF WELDED STEEL TUBE WITH HIGH HIC RESISTANCE AND SSC RESISTANCE

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture welded steel tube in ERW manufacturing size with high HIC resistance and SSC resistance. CONSTITUTION:A hot rolled steel sheet 1 with high HIC resistance and SSC resistance is made an oven pipe. At the abutted part of the oven pipe, a V-shaped groove 2 cut outwardly to the outer circumferential side is provided. The V-shaped groove 2 is placed upward and the inside is irradiated with a laser beam. The welding is efficiently performed, and the welded part is provided with the high HIC resistance and SSC resistance.
