PURPOSE:To prevent a glass plate from being damaged due application of an adhesive by a method wherein in an article wherein a resin frame body is fitted into a peripheral fringe part of a window glass plate and adhered, the resin frame body is formed as the resin frame body with an adhesive wherein the adhesive is applied to a part being an adhesion surface to the window glass plate. CONSTITUTION:When a resin frame body 3 is formed, a peripheral fringe part of a dummy plate 1 is firstly coated by resin of high releasability such as fluororesin or the like. Further, a liquid type adhesive 4 is applied by a width slightly broader than an adhesion surface to the peripheral fringe part of the dummy plate 1 before forming. After evaporating solvent by heating at room temperature, if necessary, in an oven, the dummy plate 1 is inserted into a molding tool 2, which is clamped and synthetic resin for molding is injected into a cavity in the tool 5. After curing the synthetic resin, by taking the resin frame body 3 out from the peripheral fringe part of the dummy plate 1 taken out by opening the tool, the resin frame body 3 with an adhesive is obtained. Then, by adhering the resin frame body 3 to the peripheral fringe part of a window glass plate 10, a glass window with the resin frame body is manufactured. |
