PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacturing method of a plain bearing which is not adversely affected on the synthetic resin structure during a deformation process, receives no external shape change of a bearing plate, and can undergo a deformation process under control. CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a plain bearing manufacturing method for a movable functional part, in which a bearing bridge 7 of a bearing part is penetrated into a hole 3 having a wall of a metal bearing plate 11, the bearing part 1 is integrally formed at the position of the metal bearing plate so that a retaining piece 9 is pressed on the plate surfaces 11a, 11b beside the bole 3, and after this formation the bearing part 1 consisting of the bearing bridge 7 and the retaining piece 9 is modified so that a rotational or sliding bearing is produced by a deformation process following an injection molding process. The deformation process is carried out by deforming the bridge material by pushing it away under a time and temperature condition where the synthetic resin can flow according to its properties and the molecular structure of the synthetic resin would not be disturbed. |
