PURPOSE:To obtain the measuring method and the like for the antigen containing human osteocalcine precursor pro-protein in a specimen. CONSTITUTION:In the immunological measuring method by a sandwich method, an antibody, which recognizes the amino acid sequence of human osteocalcine precursor pro-protein, is used as either antibody of an antibody, which is bonded to an insoluble carrier or a label antiboy. The antigen containing the human osteocalcin precursor pro-protein is measured by bonding the antibody to the antigen containing the human osteocalcine precursor pro-protein. |
