<p>PURPOSE: To stabilize mutlifilament yarn introduction by forming a conical gap by the conical outer wall part of an inner nozzle member and the conical inner wall part of an outer nozzle member and disposing a pressure difference forming part so as to form regions of different pressure within the cross section of the gap. CONSTITUTION: A housing 11 consisting of ceramics, etc., is composed of an upper part 111 and a lower part 112 and is provided with the outer nozzle member 14 and the inner nozzle member 12 in the upper part 111. The inner nozzle member 12 is fitted into the outer nozzle member 14 to form the conical gap 16. A space 114 where hot air passes is formed between the outer side of the outer nozzle member 14 and the inner side of the housing 11. Notches 191 and 192 are formed axially at the top end of the outer nozzle member 14. The length of the gap 16 of the downstream of these notches 191 and 192 is shortened to reduce the flow resistance of the portion. Then, pressure drop occurs and is made to spread over the axial length part of the gap 16.</p> |
