<p>PURPOSE:To realize manufacture of high quality by a method wherein when a mesh gauze sheet is manufactured as a surface cover installed on a surface of a speaker or the like, an adhesive applied by spraying is made to pass through a sheet lining cloth by suction negative pressure generated in space under the seat lining cloth and appended. CONSTITUTION:A sheet lining cloth B is drawn out from a roll 4, strained in two axes directions of a proceeding direction and a width direction with a sheet lining cloth straining carrying part (alpha), and pierced by a pin tuck group of a left and right parallel endless chain conveyor. The sheet lining cloth B is moved under that state, and adhesive liquid is applied to an upper surface of the sheet lining cloth B from a spray nozzle at an adhesive liquid spraying part (beta). Then, since the space under the sheet lining cloth B has been made to be negative pressure via a suction duct 13 by action of a ventilating fan, the adhesive is sucked, made to pass through the sheet lining cloth B, and applied. Then, the adhesive liquid is dried at a drying part (gamma). A gauze front texture supplied from a gauze front texture supply part (deltaa) is piled thereon, and fixed by pressure and cooled at a laminate part (sigmab) to obtain a required mesh gauze sheet.</p> |
