PURPOSE:To constitute the device so that the focus is adjusted to a desired place to be observed without executing adjustment of thrown-in water and adjustment of position of the tip part, etc., by varying a position of a focal range. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic mirror 18 for reflecting an ultrasonic wave outputted from a vibrator 12 is provided in an ultrasonic probe, and to this ultrasonic mirror 18, a wire 19 is attached, and by drawing and operating this wire 19, the ultrasonic mirror 18 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the probe. As a result, a focal range A of an ultrasonic beam is varied. In this case, it is also possible to move the ultrasonic mirror by executing outflow/ inflow control to a liquid which is led in before and behind the ultrasonic mirror in the tip part. |
