PURPOSE:To provide a drawing method and a drawing device for eliminating the drawing irregularity of fibers with rotation rolls, reducing troubles such as the drawing breakages of the fibers and obtaining the stable drawn fibers in a small installation area, when a high mol.wt. polyolefin is drawn in multistage. CONSTITUTION:In a method for subjecting a high mol.wt. polyolefin to a melt- kneading, a melt-molding and a multistage drawing, the method is characterized in that the drawing is performed by disposing plural drawing tanks between delivering rolls and winding rolls in series and allowing the fiber to pass through a drawing region in which the temperatures of the respective drawing tanks are enhanced successively by >=2 deg.C, respectively. At least one selected from a group comprising a heat medium, a heat plate, an oven, far IR rays and microwaves is employed as a heat source for the drawing tank. A device for drawing a high mol.wt. polyolefin is characterized by having a drawing area having plural drawing tanks arranged in series between the delivering rolls and the winding rolls. |
