PURPOSE:To obtain the goniometer, which is easily manufactured, equipping a rotation drive system capable of realizing highly precise rotation. CONSTITUTION:A theta rotary shaft 16 supporting a specimen 7, a 2theta rotary shaft 17, which is coaxial with the theta rotary shaft 16, supporting an X-ray detector 21,a theta shaft gear 16b connected to the theta rotary shaft 16 and a 2theta shaft gear 17b connected to the 2theta rotary shaft are equipped for the goniometer, which is used for the X-ray diffraction device and for rotating the theta rotary shaft 16 and the 2theta rotary shaft 17 through each gear 16b, 17b. The theta shaft gear 16b is directly formed on the circumference of a material composing the thetarotary shaft 16 and the 2theta shaft gear 17b is directly shaped on the circumference of another material composing the 2theta rotary shaft 17. |
