<p>PURPOSE:To improve the yield by forming a structure for alleviating influence of an irregularity in a brazing temperature in a vacuum capacitor having brazing positions. CONSTITUTION:When a connecting position of a bearing 1 is brazed to one edge of bellows 19, an air gap 1 having a cutout length L of at least 3mm is formed at an adjacent position of a bearing 17 extended under the connecting position and a movable conductor 18 disposed on a back surface of the bearing 17, and it is formed in a structure in which, even if a brazing material is fed and dropped along a surface of the bearing 17, it does not reach the surface of the conductor 18.</p> |
