PURPOSE:To enable outsiders to easily recognize that an automobile exceeds the speed limit. CONSTITUTION:A running speed command device 31 transmits a speed limit signal from a transmission part 30 to the automobile. The automobile receives the speed limit signal by a reception part 40. Simultaneously, the present running speed of the automobile is detected by a running speed detecting part 41, and a display signal is sent from a microcomputer 45 if the present running speed is higher than the speed indicated by the received speed limit signal, and the present running speed is displayed on an external display part 53 by this display signal so that it can be seen by outsiders.
