PURPOSE:To facilitate transfer of changed data to another system by checking whether an update file and contents of a save area are equal to each other or not to transfer only changed data to another system. CONSTITUTION:When all data of an update file 2-2 are transferred to an external system 3, transferred data in a transmission file 2-4. Thereafter, data (b) out of data (a) to (c) in the update file 2-2 is changed to (x) by a conversational terminal 1-1, and results (a), (x), and (c) are written in the update file 2-2 by an update means 2-1. A transmission means 2-3 compares contents (a), (x), and (c) of the update file 2-4 with contents (a) to (c) of the transmission file 2-4 to detect changed data (x) and transfers only this data (x) to the external system 3. After the end of transfer, the transmission file 2-4 is updated with contents of data (x) transferred to the external system 3. Consequently, the change of data is surely transferred to the external system 3 at the time of the next transfer.
