PURPOSE:To provide a method of easily removing a short-circuit point of a photovoltaic element under the non-contact condition. CONSTITUTION:A photovoltaic element 100 is loaded within a reaction vessel 108 which is provided with a light incidence window 106 and is filled with a reaction liquid 105. The light 107 enters through the light incidence window 106 from the side of a transparent conductor 101. The short-circuit point 104 formed in a semiconductor layer 102 between the conductor layer 103 and transparent conductor layer 101 is removed by the etching. |
