PURPOSE:To transmit electric power and electric signals from a fixed part to a rotary part in a space rocket with high reliability without using a slip ring or the like but using an ordinary wire. CONSTITUTION:A wire harness for connecting a connector 1 at a rotary part installed at one end of a rotary part tube assembly 3 to a connector 2 at a fixed part installed at one end of a fixed part tube assembly 4 is provided with a spiral winding in the same direction as the direction of rotation of the rotary part tube assembly 3 preliminarily. A large power and electric signals can thus be transmitted from the fixed part to the rotary part in a rocket at a low cost with high reliability.
