摘要 PURPOSE:To realize smooth rising/falling of acceleration and shortening of set time by calculating a differentiated value of acceleration from the rotational speed of driving motor while operating a reference value of acceleration from a target value of acceleration and then operating a speed reference value from the rotational speed of driving motor and the acceleration reference value. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration reference operating means 6 operates an acceleration reference value (a) based on a variation per unit time, i.e. a differentiated acceleration DELTAa, and a limit value, i.e., an acceleration target value (ar). A speed reference operating means 7 then operates a speed reference value V based on a variation per unit time, i.e., the acceleration reference value (a), and a limit value, i.e., a speed target value Vr. and thus operated speed reference value V is inputted to a drive unit 3 for controlling the speed of a mill 2 for milling a member 1. According to the constitution, S-curve filtering can be performed accurately in the operation of reference speed for mill and the response of speed reference value V of mill can be enhanced while protecting the milling member 1 and the mill 2 against damage.
