PURPOSE:To set delay time without providing a control circuit for setting the delayed amounts on an external part by fusing either of fuses for setting the delay time at the time of utilization. CONSTITUTION:Resistors R0-R2 and fuses S0-S2 are connected to the OR gates A0-A2 corresponding to each bit for control signal inputs, the resistors R0-R2 are connected to an H level power supply VCC and the fuses S0-S2 are connected to a grouded potential. By connecting the input terminals for control signals D0-D2 with the connection points of resistors R0-R2 and fuses S0-S2, delay time setting circuit is constituted, the excessive currents are made to flow through the fuses S0-S2 to melt the fuse and the setting of the delay time is performed. For example, the fuse S1 is cut in the case of (C), since the condition is the same as the condition the control signals D0=L, D1=H, D2=L are inputted, pulses from the delay time selection NOR gate C2 are delayed through the delay elements DL2, DL1. |
