PURPOSE:To construct a conductor at a coil lead part out of the one which is not diffused in a ferrite sheet nor evaporated in the air on the occasion of a chip element being baked and therefore does not cause a fault in continuity with an external electrode. CONSTITUTION:A coil lead part in the vicinity of a conductor coil terminal being exposed on the end face of a chip element is constructed by printing Ag paste 2 and further printing Ag-Pd paste 3 thereon, or by printing the Ag-Pd paste alone. |
