RUNNING SCHEDULE PLANNING DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION MACHINE

PURPOSE:To provide the running schedule planning device for production machines which can plan the optimum schedule even when there is the difference of difficulty among the items of processing objects. CONSTITUTION:Item data showing processing contents for each item are prepared in an item data storage part 11, standard preparation time data required for executing the specified processing contents at the producing machine are prepared in a preparation time data storage part 12, and standard processing speed data for executing the specified processing contents at the production machine are prepared in a processing speed data storage part 13. On the other hand, the degree of difficulty for each item in the case of executing the real processing is stored in a difficulty degree data storage part 14. The standard preparation time data and the standard processing speed data are corrected corresponding to the stored degree of difficulty. While referring to the corrected data, an operation processor 20 executes schedule planning.
