PURPOSE:To select and allocate the specific channel of broadcasting private video transmission network by establishing the video path on the broadcasting private video transmission network with the main unit through the selected idle channel on a node control section. CONSTITUTION:A main unit control section 11 contains a means sending and receiving a call control signal through a line exchange private communication network 30 for the video use request from a receiver 44 and the reception terminal connection request and from a video transmitter 41 and selecting the idle channel of a broadcasting private video transmission network 31 to establish the video path with the corresponding node 20. A node control section 21 contains a means sending and receiving a call control signal through the communication network 30 for the video use request of the self node and the reception terminal equipment connection request from the video transmitter 41 and establishing the video path with a main unit 10 on the transmission network 31 via the selected idle channel.
