PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time for collecting monitoring information from plural devices to be monitored by a monitoring device and to monitor the plural monitored devices in detail by the monitoring device. CONSTITUTION:After receiving an inquiring signal from the monitoring device 1, a response signal showing the presence/absence of the change of monitoring information is sent to the monitoring device 1 after the lapse of time calculated from device numbers added to the individual monitored devices 2, 3...N. Furthermore, only the changing content of monitoring information is sent to the monitoring device 1. Then, the monitoring device 1 sends the inquiring signal of the presence/absence of the change of monitoring information to the plural monitored devices 2, 3...N and takes over monitoring information from the monitored device 2, 3...N responding that the change of monitoring information is present thereon. |
