PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of a burn-out heat flux and the improvement of stationary heat characteristics at a low temperature to an increase in the caloric value of the title device, which is accompanied by an increase in the capacities of an alternate refrigerant and an element (a heat-resistant element). CONSTITUTION:A cooling fin 12 for dissipating heat from a heating unit element is connected with a tank 7 via an evaporation pipe formed into a double-pipe structure comprising a liquid return pipe 8a and a condenser 11 is provided on the upper part of this tank 7. A multitude of grooves 12a are provided in parallel to the pipe 8a in the interior of the fin 12, a multitude of projected parts 12b are formed by these grooves 12a and the upper parts of the parts 12b are notched to form a large vapor space 12d. The outermost diameter of the part, in which the grooves 12a are provided, of the fin 12 is made larger than that of the fin 12. |
