PURPOSE:To finely drawing a MEN (a noodle) having highly hydrated ratio at a short time and obtain the MEN having good taste by arranging plurality of cylindrical rotators crossing at a right angle to the advancing angle of long strip of MEN. CONSTITUTION:Two or more cylindrical rotators 1, 2, 2', 1'' and 2'' are arranged while crossing at a right angle to the advancing direction of long strip 3 of MEN and heaters 4 are provided in the inside of the rotators and heating units 4' are provided between the cylindrical rotators. Heat is released from the heaters 4 and 4' to the long strip 3 of MEN and the rotators 2, 2' and 2'' are rotated at circumferential rate faster than that of the rotators 1, 1' and 1'' to provide the drawn aimed MEN. |
