<p>Reductor catalytic system with properties tending to reduce carbon dioxyde and oxygen production when a gaseous blend to be treated lends itself thereto. The reductor catalytic system, which is formed from the solid catalytic material consisting of active substances composed of metals and obtained by partial syntering, to be incorporated to the reactor for the intaken escape of gases. The invention also concerns a gaseous pipe (2) for the chimical treatment of the gaseous mixture in contact with the catalytic material consisting of the body (6) with an intake (2a) and an outlet for the flow of said mixture. The body's interior consists of two successive compartments, a filtering material (16) being disposed in the second compartment (14), and a mass of catalytic material permible to the passage of gaseous mixture, is disposed in the container. The solid catalytic material, which consists of an active material composed of metals, is obtained by partial syntering. The mass of catalytic material is arranged in a sequence of at least two catalytic beds (251-257), in the direction of the gas mixture flow, the first bed (251) consisting of, in the form of an active material, at least one metal chosen from copper, iron, nickel, cobalt, cadmium and chromium.</p> |
