<p>The device according to the invention is intended to create a mark outside the head of a patient wherein it is possible to determine the location of one or a plurality of cerebral areas in order to apply a treatment, particularly by radiotheraphy, the device comprising a frame (1) carrying a rear beam (15) which carries two side arms (16, 17) fitted with means (24, 25) cooperating with the auricular orifices of the head, said arms being perpendicular to the beam (15) and having a spacing which may be adjusted along the beam, the extremities of the arms which are opposite to those sliding on the beam being joined by an arch (26) adjustable in length and shape and provided in its medial portion with a saddle (26a) which is intended to bear on the nose of the patient while an index (30) is associated to the saddle in order to form, with a medial mark of the beam, a lateral symetry mark. According to the invention, the frame (1) has two vertical uprights (5, 6) supporting the beam (15) by its two extremities, each upright being mounted with vertical and horizontal slide motion which is adjustable in a lower base (3, 4) by means of feet (8, 9).</p> |
