The rotary slide valve (2) forms a measurement container. The valve has an aperture which faces a reservoir contg. the product during filling of the valve's hollow chamber. After valve rotation the aperture (39) faces a packaging unit for emptying of the chamber. The end of the valve (2) opposite the aperture (39) is rigidly joined to a drive coupling (70) in engagement with a rotary drive. The drive coupling is a connecting casing rigidly connected to the valve's end. A piston (3) can move in the longitudinal direction within the cylindrical hollow chamber (8) of the valve.
