<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the release from a die by releasing a rigid urethane-resin foamed body foamed and hardened in the set frame of upper and lower dies, after being cooled. CONSTITUTION:A molding material 6 for a rigid urethane-resin foamed body is injected on to a silicone rubber sheet 3 fitted to the set frame 2 of the lower die 1. Next, the upper die 5 being put on, a space for molding is formed by the bottom surface of a concave part 9 and the silicone rubber sheet 3. The concave part 9 being heated by the temperature of 40-50 deg.C, etc., the molding material 6 is foamed and hardened. Then, the concave part 9 is cooled down to 0 deg.C and the like, thereby the rigid urethane-resin foamed body 4 thus produced being cooled and shrunk. The foamed body 4 can be taken out with ease.</p> |
