The individual tooth matching the original for immediate implantation, is made of biocompatible titanium with 1-2 lateral drillings in each root arm, and two root arms for molars. The drillings open smoothly at the tooth root body. The tooth root is smoothed to remove all edges, points and sharp lines. The whole body is identical to the original tooth roots, but wholly and smoothly rounded. The root is shaped parallel for insertion in the socket. The tooth modelling, to hold the crown, ends 3 mm below the gum line. The tooth implant is coated with or without a plasma flame spray. The upper side of the root can take screwed parts. USE/ADVANTAGE - The replacement tooth is for implantation immediately after an extraction. The tooth structure can be used for molars and incisors, with life-long fit, which can withstand the chewing forces. A fitted crown gives the appearance of a natural tooth matching the other teeth.
