The bath has two vertically spaced vessels, i.e. upper and lower vessels (10,11) to be filled with the bath chemical. A layer of an anticorrosive coating is formed on the inner surface of each of the upper and lower vessels (10,11) and each of heaters (14,15) for heating the vessels (10,11), respectively, is divided into two heating members (18,19). The first heating member (18) is attached to each of the bottom surfaces of the vessels (10,11). The second heating member (19) is attached to each of the circumferential surfaces of it.
