The rigid, fixed exercise sole (1) is attached by means of fastenings (4,5) to the foot and is made of wood with a top cork layer. The sole underside has a hemispherical, wooden support (2) which is rounded on the side facing away from the sole and in contact with the ground. The support (2) of one sole is positioned near the arch of the foot, while the support of the other sole is positioned near the heel.
