PURPOSE:To provide a pack applicable easily and exhibiting high sealing property (pack effect) in use, by compounding specific amounts of a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, a higher alchol, a liquid oil component, water and/or a polyhydric alcohol, a propellant, and, if necessary, a higher fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:The objective pack, especially a slow-foaming aerosol composition having the convenience of the conventional film-type pack and the treatment effect of a foam-type pack is composed of (A) 1-10wt%, especially 3-6wt% hydrophilic nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 9-18, (B) 0.5-3wt% preferably 16-22C higher alcohol, (C) 0-6wt% preferably 12-22C, especially 18-22C higher fatty acid, (D) 0.5-40wt%, especially 5-10wt% liquid oil component, (E) 40-96wt% water and/or polyhydric alcohol and (F) 2-8wt% propellant having a boiling point of preferably 20-30 deg.C. |
