A fluorine-containing organosilicon compound having the formula (1): <CHEM> wherein X is a hydrolizable group, R<1> is a monovalent organic group, R<2> is a methyl group or a hydrogen atom, n is an integer of 1, 2 or 3, and m is an integer of 0 or 1, and a process of producing said compound. The compound may be used as a silane coupling agent capable of improving not only the strength of laminated sheets of polyester resin and glass and polyester resin concrete but also water and heat resistances.
