<p>The invention relates to a security syringe having a conventional cylinder (1), a stopper (2) connected to a pusher rod provided with an extension (3) susceptible of engagement into a part (9) which supports the needle (8) having a female portion joined to the rear envolving part which supports the needle, or made in a single piece with a weakening (35) susceptible of breaking.
