PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of the cylinder linear that the yield of material is improved by abolishing or reducing to the utmost the cutting, and the same time the productivity is improved, further the high precise product of excellent surface roughness at the inner circumferential surface expanded with the plug is simply manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A flange wall is formed by brazing an annular body of steel with the brazing filler metal at one end side of a cylindrical tube composed of the steel preliminarily cut to the length of product. Next, in the state that the cylindrical tube part is inserted inside the die having the inner diameter being slightly larger than the outer diameter, the flange wall part is fixed and set, the expansion is executed by pressing to the diameter direction with the plug of the diameter being slightly larger than the inner diameter of tube body which moves inside in the forcibly fitting state. Then, the flange wall part and the other end of tube body are finished to the dimension of product and formed. |
