PURPOSE:To provide the continuous hot dip metal coating device which consists of a combination of ceramics and solid lubricative member as a sliding construction of a bearing and a shaft and has wear resistance and long life and the sliding structure using this device. CONSTITUTION:This continuous hot dip metal coating device consists of the roll shaft and the bearing, either of which consists of the ceramics 32 and the other of the solid lubricative member 47. The above-mentioned bearing is semicircular or circular and the entire periphery thereof consists of the ceramics 32 or the solid lubricative member 47. The sink roll and bearing to be used therein are constituted of a combination of the ceramics and the solid lubricative member 47.
