1. Unit for plasterless treatment of fractures using a functional method, consisting of two pairs of parallel rails, locked on which are the clamps of bone pins, where at least one pair of rails has threaded holes at its ends on one side, and of two articulated joints which connect those pairs and which have preferably one degree of freedom by way of the ability to bend, characterized in that the articulated joints (6) have one arm fastened to a pair of rails (1) on their inner thread, while the other arms are connected through sliding guides, preferably constituting an integral part of those arms, to the other pair of rails (7), so that pressure coil springs (10), which are placed on those rails (7) and have one end locked onto them by spring clamps (11) and preferably clamp locks (13), act with their other ends, directly or indirectly, on those arms of the articulated joints.<IMAGE>
