PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain a stable air-conditioning effect by setting a depth dimension of an indoor unit so that it can be installed in a specified narrow place. CONSTITUTION:A depth dimension of an indoor unit 1 is set so that a blowoff port of air-conditioning air of the indoor unit 1 holds a required opening dimension in front of the position of the dimension from the back of the indoor unit 1 which exceeds a width dimension of curtain rails 37. Therefore the indoor unit 1 can be installed fitly in a narrow place between the upper part of a window and a ceiling inside a room of an apartment house, for instance, and even when curtains are provided double for the window, the blowoff port of the indoor unit 1 does not interfere with the curtain rails 37. Accordingly, blowoff and flow of the air-conditioning air are not hindered. Thereby a stable air-conditioning effect can be maintained. |
