PURPOSE:To substantiatlly reduce labor required for connection works and to improve workability for those piping members with pipe joints such as curb stops or check valves which are used for the water supply part of a wash stand or a sink. CONSTITUTION:If this invention is implemented for piping members for connecting hot water mixing stops 1 and curb stops 8, a plug 70 for a quick operation pipe joints is provided at each tip of two water supply pipes 7, 7 composed of a flexible hose lead from the hot water mixing stop 1. On the other hand a coupler 80 which forms a pair with the plug 70 at the tip of the water supply pipe is provided for each curb stop 8, 8. When the plug 70 is inserted into the coupler 80, a U-shaped elastic lock fitting 82 held by a lock fitting supporting nut 81 spirally bonded with the coupler 80 is engaged with the engaging groove 71 of the plug 70. This allows the plug 70 and coupler 80 to be connected with each other. |
